I, Daniel Palma (founder of Palma Building Service GmbH), originally come from the catering industry. There I learned what it means when the customer is king. And it is precisely this philosophy that I have made top priority in my company from the very beginning.
We want you to be more than satisfied with our service.
We are fully committed. From control to personal contact with our customers. Our goal is to provide high quality and to delight you as a customer. That’s why, in addition to regular quality controls and internal training, we particularly focus on our employees.
We believe that satisfied employees provide better quality cleaning. That’s why we always have an open ear for our employees. Our company is family-run and we know everyone on the team by name.
After completing my part-time studies in social economics, I worked in adult education for years. Here my tasks were the care and integration of refugees and the integration of people with professional or health disabilities. I would now like to transfer this to Building Service Palma.
We don’t want to ignore the social aspect and our responsibility. That’s why we have developed a system with which we give people who have difficulty integrating into the job market due to language, ethnic, professional or health handicaps a chance with us. We can continue to guarantee our high quality standards to our customers.

Zarife Esmatollahi
Zarife Esmatollahi, a commercial employee from Afghanistan who has been living here in Germany for 7 years, has been working in our administration since August 2020. In addition to payroll accounting, her tasks include looking after our Afghan employees. She ensures smooth communication, translates the cleaning plans and takes over quality management for these employees. Thanks to it, we have simple, clear communication internally, from which our customers also benefit greatly.
She also takes on the translation of our training courses. This means we can ensure that our Afghan employees are just as well trained as our German-speaking employees. She is also the good soul in the house. She helps new colleagues with applications or administrative procedures of a private nature and lives our philosophy. This is how we ensure that our employees can concentrate perfectly on their work and are particularly motivated.
And it goes on…
- At Building Service Palma we also employ hearing-impaired people, who we use in our cleaning objects after intensive training and support.
- For example, we increasingly employ people who have been away from the job market for a long time due to various strokes of fate in our laundry, which is managed by our experienced laundry specialist. This allows them to slowly get used to the normal workload again.
- We also use them in properties in conjunction with our experienced, trained specialist staff upon consultation. There they initially carry out simple tasks such as vacuuming. They are then gradually trained in other areas of responsibility – always with an experienced, trained person at their side. This ensures the quality of cleaning at all times.
We have made it our mission to make it easier for refugees and immigrants to integrate into Germany. They have already overcome enough difficulties in their homeland and on the way here. Here in Germany there is also the language barrier.
- We employ multilingual property managers and commercial employees. This is how we create smooth communication with our staff who speak different languages.
- We give our in-house training courses in the respective languages. This way we can ensure that all of our staff have the same good specialist knowledge and that we can guarantee you as a customer consistently high quality.
